This is such a great lesson

This simplifies mitosis so that all students can understand and there are enough activities that all students have the ability to do something within the lesson. Great Job.

I really like the idea of grouping all three of these concepts together...very nice way to not only introduce a concept, but get a pre-lab in as well. Good work!

Microscope Parts and Mitosis Lesson

Nice content. Microscope parts easily accessed. Mitosis lesson also useful. Some of the text is a little too small for whole class to see, but can be easily modified. Thanks for providing this work!

Microscope Identification by beasley 1

I liked the lesson. Page 2 is a fun way to practice microscope parts id by pulling names out of a beaker. "Rotating nosepiece" is hard to read and some of the other names are grouped together and difficult to read. The last page is a good visual but the vocabulary describing the cell parts is very high level. It would be difficult for most fifth graders unless they had been exposed to this adequately beforehand.
