Students Come First

At times, teaching can become very overwhelming with so many things to do each day. It's easy to forget that at the end of the day our most important job as a teacher is to help our students succeed. All students learn in different ways and at different speeds.. a step in the right direction even if it's a baby step is somethings to celebrate.

Students

This is remembered in the beginning of the school year and at the end. The part in between, we sometimes put the blinders on and just proceed with the lesson. We need to turn the focus back on to the students.

Students are on the first

Students are on the first place for sure. Your job as a teacher is to give them this base to go further in life and it's very important. While doing that you have to deal with their characters, etc.

Students Come First

This is so true and so many educators tend to get tired and forget why they got into teaching....because of the students. They always come first and we need to do whatever it takes for our students to learn and enjoy learning. Whether it be learning new things like mimio, giving them a pat on the back, going that extra mile to make them feel they are the most important thing in our lives. They should always come first!

I agree

I completely agree with your statement. A lot is expected of new teachers and even veteran teachers and it is easy to lose sight of what is really important. Every student is different and I always try to find different ways to celebrate their uniqueness. Our differences make us special and interesting and I love that about my kids.
