How Many Syllables?

In this activity students are asked to clap out the syllables for the images that they see and then tap the answer with the stylus. This activity is self correcting. A pdf file is attached to the lesson which can be used to keep a hard copy to place in a student's file.

Tell your students thanks for being great editors! I went in and fixed the mistakes incase you didn't already unlock the pages and make the corrections yourself.

Loved the activity and

Loved the activity and concept; however, there are three mistakes. Kangaroo, butterfly, and bastkeball all have three syllables, yet it counted it wrong. My first graders caught the mistakes...I'm so proud of them!
