Lost "My Favorites" feature.

While I was at school, I logged onto MimioConnect and added two lessons to my favorites. I went to access them from home and noticed that my favorites was missing from my profile. Is my profile different at school then at home? How else could I have accessed those lessons if my favorites doesn't work?

Answer:

Your profiles are not different. There just may be a small technical issue on your home computer/software. If you reset your MimioConnect password, your favorites simply should reappear. If you can't reset going through your profile, under "edit profile", then you can click on "Forgot Your Password" on the homepage and go through that process to reset. Tagging those lessons as part of your favorites by clicking on the “Add to favorites” blue link underneath the lesson plan or activity should allow you to access them from any location once you log onto MimioConnect. Another way to make sure you have access to those specific lessons is to simply download those lessons and save them to a flash drive and open them up on other devices that have MimioStudio software installed. As always, if you get the chance, peruse through the many other tips and suggestions you can find on Ask a Master.
