Managing a classroom
I have taught technology for four years and fourth grade for one year and the hardest part of my job is getting the classroom quiet. When the class is not easily controlled, learning is difficult. I am always looking for new ways to motivate the students to listen and pay attention. Tried extra homework and positive reinforcement. Still looking for the ideal motivation.

Love and Logic
Any other Love and Logic teachers out there? This is a great way to encourage the children to do the thinking and the consequences do the teaching.
