Hello everyone. I just got a Mimio Xi/Teach deal for my school. I was also lucky enough to get a Pad and the Vote. I teach Special Education at a small rural district in Ohio. I was just wondering when the new Studio software was going to be release for Mac. I want to download several lessons I have seen but can't. I also can't use my Votes yet for they require the 7 software. Any ideas or suggestions.

I am wondering if it would be an advantage for all the states to have one set of standards...It sure would help teachers who move frequently but I guess it is better for the kids.

Having a little free time to myself over vacation, I came across an interesting article published in The Journal about technology trends for 2010. Many educators like to showcase the technology available to them right in their classrooms on Parents' Night or Open House. We, at mimioConnect would like to ask all of our members (who have mimio's in their classrooms) to use them for Open House and let us know: 1) How did you incorporate it into your Open House and 2) Discuss how the parents reacted to the technology.
