Bio
Jennifer is an organizational development consultant with 10 years of experience helping leadership teams to create measurable, sustainable change in education, health, and human services. Initially working with children with severe behavioral challenges, Jennifer began to share the science of behavior analysis with the adults that surround them, and was soon asked to provide organization-wide consultation on initiatives such as creating a safety culture in educational settings, minimizing physical and chemical restraint in behavioral healthcare facilities, and decreasing placement disruptions in the FL foster care system. She also helped create the Implementation Department’s professional development and consulting model for Newell Rubbermaid’s interactive teaching technologies, Headsprout and Mimio.
