Erase to Find the Answer

On this How to Series video, Erase to Find the Answer, we demonstrate a fun way to hide an answer and then use the eraser tool to reveal it.

Great tool. I saw it used before but wasn't sure how it was done. Thanks for the video. Great way to hide answers.

Eraser!

This is a really cool idea, I would use it as a lottery game or something like that, where students can play and find the correct answers as well. Glad I found the explanation of how to do this trick, ty!

Erase to find the answer!

This is the second time I saw "erase to find the answer." That is something I never thought about, but what an easy way to get the students more actively involved. I also like the opportunity to CHECK for understanding right away. It is a great visual reminder to students of correct answers and instant feedback, and it does not add a lot of time for the creator of the MIMIO activity, which is huge!!!!

Wow! This is so simple. It wouldn't have to be a white background. Any color will do as long and the sytlist pen is the same as the background it would work. Love the simplicity.

Eraser Technique

I love this trick! It is so easy and quick to create. Can't wait to try it on an activity and pass it along to other teachers that I collaborate with.

Cool new trick!

I NEVER would have thought of using the eraser trick! What a fun new way to reveal a correct answer. I plan to use this in my next lesson. I love this series of video hints. They're quick and easy to view and understand, but add to my skill set. Thanks!
