One of my favorite applications, the MimioStudio Recorder, would be perfect for you to use to create a video for your students. To access the Recorder, simply go to the APPLICATIONS button on your toolbar. Once you press on the button you will see a drop down menu appear where you will find the RECORDER. As long as you have some sort of microphone you can record all actions taking place on your computer as well as the audio coming in.
