This lesson contains many different interactive elements to get middle schoolers up and out of their seats. This lesson was developed in line with Nebraska science content standards, but it can easily be adapted to your state. It also includes a link to a chapter out of an open content textbook.

This is the first draft of the lesson, so I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions from the community.
