The lesson you created moves

The lesson you created moves from easy to difficult and definitely provides multiple opportunities to practice. Although I teach 6th grade, I believe some of the practice slides would provide discussion opportunities. I could also challenge my students to pick one of the many practice passages you supplied and rewrite it with a different purpose in mind. Great job!

Skiing

This looks like an excellent lesson. Unfortunately I have a Mac and often the formatting needs to be tweaked. I am trying to edit it, but every time I get to the slide with the snow falling, my screen freezes and I can't. Bummer! You must have worked very hard on this!

Engaging

Love your themed introduction/review of this concept, and the mnemonic to aid in recall. The practice provided is excellent. I also appreciate the opportunity at the end for more formal assessment using the mimio vote or paper/pencil.
