Listen to story "My Rotten Redheaded Older Brother" written by Patricia Polacco. After story chart setting, characters, plot, event, solution. Students will then chart siblings that they have. Then try to recreate a picture in a puzzle form. The end has a short quiz about the story.

Great lesson!

I recently read this story to my kids and they loved it! I can't wait to use your Mimio lesson to reinforce the read aloud. I'm new to Mimio and it never crossed my mind to use it as another reading source, such as "listen to text". Thanks for the eye opener!
