Fact and Opinion Game

Summary:

A fact is a statement that can be proven. An opinion is an attitude, feeling, or emotion. This game can be used for whole class engagement or used in quiet centers or small groups. A student will pull a sentence from the box, read it aloud, and state "fact" or "opinion". Students will then reveal the correct answer. If the answer is correct, student will click on the dice and tally their score.

Nice!

I love that the directions are easy to follow, yet it's very interactive. I also like the use of the die for points for each team, since it gets the students even more interested in the activity. Plus, this would be great to review so many different topics.

I will definitely be using this review with my students. I'm very interested in knowing how you set this up to work as it does. I'm sure there are no "simple" instructions, but I would be SO appreciative if you could try and email them to me. I can see where this "concept" can be used in a variety of reviews and would like to try creating something myself. :) Thanks!
