Is it alive?

I like your idea and always love blue, but I think your presentation would be stronger if it included a way for the students to check their work. Great picture choices!

lots of choices!!

This is a simple little activity for categorizing whether or not something is alive. It could be a little bit better by having an instant answer as to whether or not it was right or wrong. I would recommend using this, but modify it by ordering the objects. That way, if the student placed the a living thing into the wrong category, it would be hidden.
