(1 rating)Summary:This lunch count and attendance sheet is design for elementary students. The students select their icon and move it to their lunch choice for the day indicating what they will be eating and that they are present for the day. There are two screens to choose from. One has a lion in the background, the other is plain for you to use that way or to insert your own image. There are four pages of lunch choices. Each lunch choice has text, a picture and a sound. When clicked on it will say what the item is (for non-readers or ELL students, this can be very helpful as well as reinforce text to word connections). I have also included a sheet of icons that you may find useful for your own lunch options. Hopefully, this is an improvement over my previous lunch count sheet.
The current icon for the students is a snowman, but this can be easily changed to any picture file or icon you wish. Early elementary may want to use digital pictures of the students so they can easily identify their icon.
