Unable to open the file

I am unable to open an "ink" file. I would like to look at the Annabelle Lee lesson. How can I open the file? Could the file be saved as a pdf or word file?

The ink extension is for the mimio software. Do you have this loaded on the computer you are trying to download the lesson on?
