Summary:This lesson begins with a powerful youtube video called, "Water Crisis" containing kids talking about the use of fresh water and the need to recycle it. I followed this up with a discussion about how we feel about the video and the statistics included. To lighten the mood, this is followed by another youtube video of Skippy the Fish about water conservation. The next page contains a link to "Test Your Water Sense" with great facts and ways to conserve water along with a fun game! The lesson concludes with instructions for and examples of the students' own water conservation posters that can be hung up around school.
